Vincent Owen Wagner fell asleep in death on July 6, 2015. He was born in Black Creek in 1934 and grew up on his family farm. In 1952, he was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses. In 1959, he married the love of his life, Karen Brusewitz and they resided in Appleton most of their lives. Vincent always enjoyed taking special trips with Karen to visit their friends and family. Vincent worked for many years at Miller Electric until his retirement. In retirement, Vincent became a well-known and loved member of the Menards family. He always enjoyed going out to eat and having meals with his family. He was always full of love and compassion for others. Vincent was a loving husband, brother, uncle and friend.
Vincent worshipped the only true God, Jehovah, and proved faithful to Jehovah to the end. He is now in Jehovah God's memory.
Vincent is survived by his brother, Norman (Sandy) Wagner; sisters-in-law: Delores Hansen and Barbara Hove; nieces: Debra (David) Johnson, Jodi Zitske and Stacy (David II) Dake.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Karen Wagner; parents: Harry and Evelyn Wagner; siblings: Marvin and Marilyn.
A memorial service for Vincent will be held at 3:00 PM on Saturday, July 18, 2015 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses (1209 W. Winneconne Ave., Neenah). Online condolences may be offered at www.hovcremation.com.
His family would like to extend a thank you to the staff at the Appleton Medical Center ICU for the exceptional care given to Vincent.
He will be dearly missed, especially by his niece, Stacy.
