Vicky Lee Missling

On the morning of August 15, 2022, Vicky Lee Missling died at the age of 58 following a long illness.

Vicky was born to Clyde and Edna (Hooker) Missling on September 2, 1963. She graduated from Appleton West High School in 1981. Vicky worked at a variety of jobs during her life including photography manager and insurance, and telecommunications customer service. She was a highly recognized employee at ATT for many years.

She loved to have cookouts and birthday parties with friends and family. Traveling, going to the casino and Saturday afternoon lunches were among her favorite things.

Vicky is survived by her sister Sharon Missling, brother Larry (Rachel) Missling and nephews Nickolas (Raelynn) Hanson and Aaron Missling. Great friends Jean, Brian, Amy M., Xavier, Betty and Kelly will join many cousins, nieces, nephews and other friends in missing her.

Vicky is preceded in death by her parents Clyde and Edna, and brother Ray.

Thank you to all the nursing homes who cared for Vicky through her illness.

A special thanks to Crystal, who was a great CNA and friend to Vicky. She loved you.

A memorial service for Vicky will be held at the chapel at Highland Memorial Park, 3131 N Richmond Street, Appleton on Saturday August 27, 2022 at 1:00pm. Friends and family may gather at the chapel from 12:00pm until the service time. A light luncheon will be served.
