Rex A Zemialkowski

Rex Zemialkowski Sr., age 68, passed away after a long battle, with his loving family by his side Thursday, September 26, 2019, at Prairie Home Assisted Living in Menasha. He was born October 7, 1950, in South Bend Indiana, to Joyce Wilson and Chester Zemialkowski. He was a loving father, grandfather, and friend to many. He loved Harley Davidson’s, living in Florida and spending time with his family and friends.

He is survived by his children; Dawn Smith, Wendy Zemialkowski, Rex Zemialkowski Jr., Chet Zemialkowski, Dennis Zemialkowski(Pamela Zemialkowski), Joshua Zemialkowski(Tina Darling), Billy May and his grandchildren; Peyton Oesterreich, Tyler Hawkins(Chelsea Martinson), Bryce Wolke, Brea Wolke, Keira Zemialkowski, Teegan Zemialkowski, Cassidy Zemialkowski, Makayla Hickle, Kaitelyn Hickle and Cheyenne May.

Dad fought a good fight but it became too much, he will be deeply missed and will finally get to be back with his loving parents in Heaven.

The family will have a private service Friday September 27, 2019 at the Heart of the Valley Cremation in Kimberly. Anyone who would like to offer condolences may contact the family directly. There will be a Celebration of Life at a later date.
