Paul G Heindel, age 85, passed away peacefully on Thursday January 14, 2023. He was born on December 18, 1937, in Kaukauna Wisconsin, the son of Robert and Florence (Mahn) Heindel. He proudly served his country for two tours as a United States Marine 1956-58, 1961-65, as an Amphibious Tractor driver. He enjoyed attending the annual Marine Corp Ball with his fellow Marines and two sons who are also Marines. He was united in marriage to Chris Jensen June 24, 1983 whom preceded him in death June 30, 2010. He spent most of his career working at Rohloff Manufacturing as a molder. Upon retirement he worked at Larry’s Piggly Wiggly in Little Chute where he made many friends. He was an avid gardener and provide many plants and vegetables to his friends and family.
Paul is survived by Mark (Mary) Heindel; Paula (Brian) Jacobs; Adam (Colleen) Heindel; Shane (Pam) Heindel; Kevin (Cristina) Heindel; Bart (Stacey) Heindel stepdaughter Catherine (Todd) Heggesta and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Paul was proceeded in death by his parents, wife Chris, and stepdaughter Sue Ruby.
As per Paul’s wishes, there will be a private family gathering at a future date and time.
Paul’s family would like to provide our heartfelt appreciation to all the caregivers at St. Paul’s Villa, the Hospice caregivers, and especially the unsung heroes, the CNA’s and the LPN’s that provide the personal care and dignity during the end of his life.
