Nancy Virginia Palmer (nee Lotzer), age 80, of Menasha passed away peacefully on May 7, 2017 at her home. She was born May 5, 1937, the daughter of Frances (Cepelik) Lotzer and Clarence Lotzer Sr.
Nancy graduated from St. Mary’s High School and married Vernon Palmer on June 23, 1956. She worked at Theda Clark Hospital for 23 years. Her hobbies included reading, puzzles, gambling, the Packers, shopping, listening to polka music and going on trips with Vern.
Nancy is survived by her two daughters, Susan (Bahram Khodavandi) Palmer and Sandra (Mark Holewinski) Gill. Her five grandchildren, Zartosht Khodavandi, Cemeen Khodavandi, Tatiana Saunders, Cody Gill and Zack Gill and great granddaughter, Teagan Saunders.
She is also survived by her siblings, Jerry Lotzer, Marianne Stiller, Clarence (Helen) Lotzer Jr., Edward (Donalyn) Lotzer, Margaret McGough, Vicki (James) Smith, Nettie (Dave) Burnett, Robert Lotzer and John Lotzer. Her sister-in-laws, Patricia Lotzer and Fran Palmer (Joyce Kettner). As well as many nieces, nephews and good friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, her brother James Lotzer, her sister Linda Siebers, her sister-in-laws, Dorothy Bannach, Patricia Lotzer, her brother-in-laws Jerry Palmer, Carl Stiller, William McGough and Randy Siebers.
In keeping with Nancy’s wishes, no services are being planned at this time.
