Marjorie Ione Williams (Karban) was born in Kingsford, Michigan on April 3, 1933 to Frank and Sylvia Karban (Bailey). Marge was the third of five children.
Marge was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Sylvia; her brother, Steve Karban; and her sisters, Irene Velie (Karban) and Juanita Bates (Karban).
Marge was a bookkeeper most of her life. She was employed in Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, (Tupelo Children’s Mansion) and Wisconsin, (stock brokerage firm and UW Steven’s Point).
Marge enjoyed music and played the accordion, guitar, organ, and piano. She loved Gospel music and played and sang in many churches during her lifetime. Marge also enjoyed knitting, crocheting, embroidery, crossword puzzles, and reading.
Marge will be missed by her daughter, Wanda (Henry) Edwards; her grand-children, Kenneth (Brenda) Edwards and Karen Edwards of Wisconsin; her great-grandchildren, Sean (Brooke) Edwards of Wisconsin, Keith Edwards of Arizona, and Brady Edwards of Wisconsin; her sister, Ruby Ebright (Karban) of Florida; and by her many nieces and nephews and grand nieces and nephews.
