Joseph Wheaton

Joseph Paul Wheaton “Joe” age 73, passed away peacefully after a 2-year battle of cancer. Joe passed away peacefully surrounded by his wife Karen and loved ones on January 4, 2025. Joe was born on January 13, 1951 in Menasha WI. Joe spent 33 years employed with Kimberly Clark traveling the world. His fondest memories as both a child and an adult were up north at “the cottage”. He loved Roberts Lake!

“Old Guy”, “Grandpa Joe” lived for his many grandkids. He enjoyed being involved in their lives. He was on the sideline of the many sports they played; to being at all school events. He truly was there world. Joes many passions were hunting, four wheeling, building and fixing things. He was a man of a million stories a wealth of knowledge.

Joe is survived by his loving wife Karen of 35 plus years; three daughters Sara Collins (Tony), Jennifer Vargas Casillas, Stephanie Wheaton (Scott).Granddaughters Alexis, Magdalena, Layla, Bianca, Giselle” Hammy”, Amelia, Valeria, Daize. His only grandson Mateo Joseph. Great grandchildren Mila, Ava and Nico. His sisters Melinda Murray (Mike), Sally Flenz (Mark) and Brother Jim Wheaton (Jackie). He was preceded in death by his parents Mary and Herman Wheaton, son Chad Wheaton, Brother Chuck Wheaton, sister in law Dee Dee.

Celebration of Life will be held on January 25, 2025 from 1-5pm at Old 41 Saloon 293 S Green Bay Rd, Neenah WI 54956.
