Jacquelyn “Jackie” Louise Lindmair, 80, of Appleton, passed away unexpectedly in her home on Saturday, April 27, 2024. She was born April 23, 1944 to Kenneth and Pauline (Krueger) Buss and grew up in Appleton, WI. She graduated from Fox Valley Lutheran High School and attended beauty school in Green Bay, WI. Upon graduation from beauty school she relocated to Milwaukee, WI to start a career as a beautician and begin a family. She spent many years working at the family business, and then developed a passion for helping others by decorating their homes. In 2003, she moved to Moore, SC to be closer to her daughter and “Nana” to her grandson, however in 2016 retuned to Appleton to care for her mother.
Jackie was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth H. Buss.
Jackie is survived by her children, Jill Lindmair - Snell (Alan) and Jim Lindmair, beloved grandson William Siegworth, her mother, Pauline (Krueger) Buss and sister, Paula (Richard) Juedes. She is also survived by her cousins, niece, nephews, and many friends at her apartment complex at the Linwood Community.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, 11 a.m., May 7th at Highland Memorial Park Chapel, 3131 N Richmond Street, Appleton, WI.
Jackie’s celebration of life and luncheon will immediately follow the memorial service on May 7th at Linwood Community, 425 N Linwood Ave, Appleton from 12:30 - 2:30 p.m.
