On Friday April 9, 2021, Gwenn J. Fisher of Oshkosh passed away at the age of 68.
Gwenn was born to Dwain and Blanche (Kolpin) Bowen on January 15, 1953. She was raised in Omro, WI along with her five sisters; later moving to Oshkosh. Gwenn enjoyed shooting pool, traveling, fishing, gardening and camping. Going to the casinos with her sisters and attending family gatherings were her favorite pastimes.
Gwenn is preceded in death by her parents, her twin sister Gail (Ray) Stevens of Eagle River, sister Arlene (Dan) Benedict of Winneconne, sister Beverly (Dave) Miller of Oshkosh and long-time life partner Harry “Joe" Lund of Oshkosh.
Gwenn is survived by her daughter Sara Fisher of Menasha, sister Judy (Ed) Pollex of Oshkosh, sister Shirley Bowen of Waupun, along with numerous nieces and nephews.
A special thank you to the team at Rennes Rehab in Appleton and the Hospice team at Thedacare.
There will be a private family gathering for services. A celebration of life will be held at a later date for friends and family. Heart of the Valley Cremations is serving the family.
