Donna M. Schwandt

Donna Mae Schwandt 89, passed away on February 11, 2025. She was born February 20, 1935 in Kaukauna, WI to Leo and Dorothy (Stinksi) Rabideau.

Donna was raised in Menasha, WI, graduating from Menasha High School in 1953. Following high school, Donna married Gerald Schwandt on October 14, 1954 and recently celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary. Donna was a full-time homemaker and mother and raised their family in Neenah.

She was very talented in decorative painting, crocheting blankets, and other arts and crafts. Donna and Jerry enjoyed their travels throughout the country, especially winters in Florida and gambling trips.

Donna is survived by her husband, Gerald Schwandt Sr; her children, Debra Payne, Wendy (Randall) Meyer, and Gerald Schwandt Jr; her grandchildren, Ryan Payne, Jamie Weyenberg, Hannah Schwandt, Erik Schwandt and Nathan Schwandt; and her brother, Dan (Paula) Rabideau.

Donna was proceeded in death by her parents; her son, Thomas Schwandt; her grandson, Jason Payne; and her son-in-law, Steven Payne.

Death leaves a heartache no one can heal. We love you! Rest in Peace!

No public service will be held, a private family gathering will take place.
