Colleen A. Coffey

Colleen Ann Coffey, age 60, passed away peacefully at her home on November 17, 2023, after a lengthy battle with cancer. Colleen was born December 3, 1962, in Kaukauna, daughter of the late Clifton and Margaret (Eiting) Coffey. She was a graduate of Kaukauna High School. After graduation, she raised her family and worked at the Kaukauna Housing Authority until she was diagnosed with multiple myeloma. Colleen had an incredibly hard journey through her multiple myeloma, breast cancer, and lung cancer. She always got back up, no matter how awful things were.  Even when she was sick, she was dedicated to being a wonderful and a caring partner.

Colleen was a strong, fierce, and resilient woman who is survived by her daughter: Sara Van Cuyk of Kaukauna; her fiancé: Tim Harvey of Kaukauna; her sister: Mary Jane (Pat) O’Brien of Kaukauna; brothers: Timothy (Debbie) Coffey of Shawano, Tom (Brita) Coffey of Kaukauna, Brian (Angie) Coffey of Kaukauna, and Jack (Laurie) Coffey of Kaukauna.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother Patrick, and a sister Norine.

The family would like to thank the special caregivers at the ThedaCare Cancer, Dr. Yao, everyone at Fresenius Dialysis Center in Kaukauna, and the many others who have cared for Colleen over the years.

Colleen is being cremated and a private service will be held at a later date.
